If you're on the PTR at any time you'll notice that the Spinesever throwing dagger has gotten it's stats changed to something a lot more realistic. You can check the wowhead comments for details. Math by user: gokpog [Spinesever] (live): ilvl 100 +17 Agility +12 Stamina Equip: Improves hit rating by 17. Equip: Increases attack power by 20. ItemValue = [(17*1)^1,5 + (12*0,667)^1,5 + (17*1)^1,5 + (20*0,5)^1,5)] ^ 0,667 = 33,6 ItemSlotValue = 33,6 * 3,33 = 111,8 ilvl = 111,8 * 1,3 + 1,3 = 146,6 Spinesever (2.3.2 PTR): ilvl 100 +11 Agility +12 Stamina Equip: Improves hit rating by 10. Equip: Increases attack power by 20. ItemValue = [(11*1)^1,5 + (12*0,667)^1,5 + (10*1)^1,5 + (20*0,5)^1,5)] ^ 0,667 = 24,7 ItemSlotValue = 33,6 * 3,33 = 82,2 ilvl = 111,8 * 1,3 + 1,3 = 108 The math listed shows it with enough stats to be ilvl 108, so it's not unlikely to be reduced a bit more before the patch is released. At least it's no longer the ridiculously overpowered item that beats a Black Temple drop such as Twisted Blades of Zarak. But still a very nice thing to find in a lockbox. I hope you're not one of those suckers that spend 3000g on the AH for this one. But then again, any realistic thinking rogue could have anticipated this one. I don't feel sorry for you if you did.
