The bad news is that GGP will temporarily not be doing giveaways, and the site will be closed for (what is expected) a couple of months.
The good news is, that we'll still be doing giveaways. But, you'll have to go to the Community Discord instead. Your account, earned points, etc have all been backed up and will be available once the site comes back online. Until that time, we'll continue to make game reviews, giveaways and more.
It's been a long crazy ride, and it's certainly not over yet. Just hop onto discord and say hi :)

Dear GGPlayers community,
Firstly I want to thank everyone who helped us through the difficult times during the pandemic.
As you may have noticed, the giveaways on the website have been put hold for a little while now.
Unfortunately a lot has been going on here IRL which has in fact prevented me from being able to focus on GGPlayers with the daily giveaways.
I regret to inform you that I will be stepping down for the time being until further notice with a few changes happening with the community.
- We won't be posting new giveaways on the ggplayers.com site for a while.
- Steamgifts and discord may still see some giveaways.
- The site will be backed up, so your points and accounts will be safe.
- We'll look at re-launching the site around the end of this year.
- As a temporary solution Zurgat will host the game reviews on his blog/site, and the ggplayers.com url will redirect to that page starting later next month.
- Discord, Facebook, twitter, steam and all GGPlayers will remain available as they are, though may receive fewer updates for the next few months.
- I'll be unable to spend much time on discord to focus on my job, but will still check in.
As a thanks for everyone sticking around all this time, with the keys accumulated the pass few months from bundles purchased, we will be having a big giveaway sometime next weekend!
